Donald L. Kennedy, Senior Vice President joined Rockland in 2003 during its early development stage. Mr. Kennedy has over twenty nine of experience in the Commercial Finance Industry serving in various business development positions for MNC Commercial Corp., Mellon Business Credit and Reservoir Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr. Kennedy was a Marketing Vice President with Sunrock Capital Corporation. Presently, he serves as the new business development manager for Rockland.
Mr. Kennedy is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Baltimore Washington Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association. He graduated from the University of Baltimore with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
